County Communications Officer (Kent FA)

A vacancy has arisen at the Kent FA.

We are passionate about improving grassroots football in Kent. Our staff are driving forward changes to ensure that we respond to the needs of our diverse communities.

We deliver a range of football governance and development services to some 44,000 people who participate in football every week in Kent. If you have a desire to join a team that’s the ‘best in class’ this opportunity will be of interest to you.

The Kent FA recognise the importance of effective communications, both internal and external, to achieving our ambition of being a leading county in improving grassroots football. The development and marketing of a KCFA ‘brand’, strengthening of relationships, improving internal and external communications, building and sustaining partnerships and seeking out funding and sponsorship opportunities will be some of your key responsibilities.

The role will require you to demonstrate experience in media management, communications and marketing coupled with evidence of successful working in a multi-skilled team. A flexible approach to work is a key requirement coupled with a successful track record of delivering services and meeting performance targets.

Salary Range £18,000-£22,000 pro rata.
