The Blackburn forward's three match suspension has been withdrawn.
At a Regulatory Commission hearing today a claim for wrongful dismissal from Blackburn Rovers’ forward, Jason Roberts, was upheld.
As a result, the three-match suspension handed to Roberts has been withdrawn.
Roberts was shown a red card for violent conduct during Sunday's Premier League match against West Bromwich Albion.
