Full reasons of case involving Nottingham Forest, Derby County and Nathan Tyson

On 29 August at an independent Regulatory Commission, both Nottingham Forest and Derby County were charged with failing to control their players, whilst Forest striker Nathan Tyson was charged with improper conduct.

Tyson and Derby admitted the charges. Nottingham Forest denied their charge but the Commission found it proved.
