Charge: (i) pursuant to Football Association Rule E1(b) for a breach of Football Association Rule I.1(a). It is alleged that the Club failed to keep accounting records so as to disclose with reasonable accuracy the financial position of the Club for the financial years ending 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and/or 2007; (ii) pursuant to Football Association Rule E1(b) for a breach of Football Association Rule I.1(d). It is alleged that the Club failed to prepare a Financial Statement verified by an independent, appropriately qualified accountant for the financial years ending 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and/or 2007; or alternatively (iii) pursuant to Football Association Rule E1(b) for a breach of Football Association Rule I.1(e). It is alleged that the Club, being a Club not owning gross assets exceeding £10,000, failed to prepare a Receipts and Payments Statement for the financial years ending 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and/or 2007
