It is alleged that Facey was party to a conspiracy to commit bribery contrary to section 1(1) of the Criminal Law Act 1977, and that this conspiracy constitutes an agreement to offer, agree to give or give a bribe, gift, reward or consideration of any nature which was or could appear to be related in any way to seeking to influence the outcome or conduct of a match or competition; (ii) further or alternatively, Facey is charged with a breach of Rule E3(1). It is alleged that Facey was party to a conspiracy to commit bribery contrary to section 1(1) of the Criminal Law Act 1977, and that this constitutes a failure to act in the best interests of the game and/or brings the game into disrepute.
Charge admitted, paper hearing requested.
Facey was sanctioned with a lifetime ban from all football and football related activity, applied with effect from 12 September 2014.

It is alleged that Swaibu was party to a conspiracy to commit bribery contrary to section 1(1) of the Criminal Law Act 1977, and that this constitutes a failure to act in the best interests of the game and/or brings the game into disrepute.

Fisher was suspended from all football and football related activity for the period of 28 days, 21 of which are suspended until 1 September 2017. Remaining seven days effective immediately. Warned as to future conduct.

Charges proven. Hignett was immediately suspended from the touchline, until such time as Hartlepool United FC have completed three first team matches in approved competitions, fined £1,500 and warned as to his future conduct.
