The FA Player Status team oversees the registration of contract and loan players within both the Professional Game and the National Leagues Pyramid, and carry out the International Clearance process for all levels of the game within England.

The Department is also responsible for the management and registration of all Agents who wish to act in England on behalf of registered football players and football clubs.
