Getting and staying accredited is simple, and it shows you are committed to staying the best place for people to play and enjoy football.

Get Accredited

Getting accredited is simple. Just go to the Club Portal and you can explore this further in the Accreditation tab of the My Club section.

Stay Accredited

Staying Accredited shows your commitment to making your club the best possible place for everyone to enjoy football. Complete your renewal between 1st November 2024 – 10th March 2025 in the Club Portal.

CLUB PLANS

Having a strong Club Development Plan will help you be more sustainable, resilient and built to last. We have Club Development Plan templates available for England Football Accredited Clubs. Each is aligned to Accredited Club Stars and can be modified and amended to reflect your club.

For 1 Star England Football Accredited Clubs we recommend starting with this plan here, or if you prefer a seasonal approach then use our Club Season Planner here.

For 2 star and 3 star England Football Accredited clubs we recommend starting with this plan here.

Once you’ve completed your Club Development plan upload a copy to your club portal to meet the application or renewal requirements.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Clubs can apply to be Accredited through the Club Portal. They can apply by using the dedicated Accreditation tab of the My Club section. There are a number of on-pitch (e.g. coaching qualifications) and off-pitch (e.g. club policies and plans) criteria that clubs need to meet before they can apply. Within the Accreditation tab, you will be able to see your progress against each of these criteria, and any actions that need to be completed.

Yes, you will receive Nike footballs when you become Accredited. Clubs who Stay Accredited will receive footballs and vouchers each season after renewal has been completed. The vouchers can be used towards new kit and equipment through our Accredited Kit Store. You will be able to access other opportunities such as the Club Programme, Club House and be prioritised for other investments.

Any league outside of the professional game can become England Football Accredited. To start your journey contact your local County FA.
