Kevin coaches a number of players with varying disabilities and works hard to ensure that the players are grounded important Respect behaviours, such as team work, positive praise, hard work, being inclusive and having fun.

Stourbridge & District Youth Football League
The Stourbridge & District Youth league have a team of 20 Respect champions, ranging from coaches, referees and parents who all play their part in ensuring the teams within their league are creating the most positive environments for their players.
From social media campaigns, workshops and physical resources, the league is always looking for ways to champion Respect.
Parent Award
The parents of Ross Junior Royals work together to give the players of both teams a positive experience. Throughout the 2016/17 season they got marked five out of five by the opposition team for every game that season. The friendly and fun group of parents believe their role is to champion Respect home or away and for both teams.
John Shannon
101 year old John Shannon is not letting age get the better of him. He is still a regular supporter of his son (over 65’s) and is passionate about championing Respect. “Everything you tend to Respect, improves”. Creating the right environment off the pitch is key and John is a big believer in the role of a supporter and how they play their part in giving the players a positive experience.
