There are 3 levels for each challenge, and there are different ways to try the challenges to make them easier and harder, with a ball or without sometimes. Give it a go and get creative. Try activities for longer or just keep practising.

These challenges have been created by FA Coaches and FA Education and align with the England DNA. We will be releasing more challenges on a periodic basis, so there will always be plenty of new and exciting challenges to try.

The active challenges are designed so that they can be tried outdoors and in safe spaces. This could be in a garden, in a park or at a football pitch or club. Always make sure that there is a parent or legal guardian on hand when your child is undertaking the activities away from your home.

Yes, we have integrated a text to speech reader, which can be activated from the navigation menu in the top left corner of your app screen. Once toggled on, the text to speech reader will read out everything you see on screen in sequence.
