The FA will continue to work to ensure that football is a game for all. To work towards a more LGBT inclusive game we will:
• Promote a positive, inclusive image and reputation for the game, its participants and supporters
• Support professional clubs and our County FA network in developing good practice around LGBT inclusion and engagement
• Continue to use the Laws of the Game to ensure that perpetrators of hate face the strongest possible consequences
• Encourage and support current and future generations of participants from all communities to join the football family, whether as players, match officials, supporters, coaches, administrators or volunteers.
• Work with LGBT communities and football stakeholders to identify and address barriers to participation and preserve player and participant welfare
These include LGBT specific stakeholders such as Football v Homophobia, Pride Sports and other stakeholders such as Kick it Out.
