The Road to Wembley continued on Saturday at Ashton Gate
This Saturday The Road to Wembley took TheFA.com’s Gary Stonehouse west to Ashton Gate for the First Round tie between Bristol City and Dagenham & Redbridge.
League One City proved to be too strong for The Daggers, with Jay Emmanuel-Thomas in fine form, opening the scoring before half-time before driving home the third in the final minutes.
Gary and The FA’s cameras were exclusively invited into Sean O’Driscoll’s office pre-match to discuss his side’s preparation, and they also managed to catch the visitors' manager Wayne Burnett just moments before he gave his side their final team talk.
As usual Gary was out and about in the stands, chatting with home and away fans, resulting in yet another memorable day in The FA Cup.
