England Under-21s quickly adapted to their new surroundings on Tuesday afternoon with a lively training session at London Colney.
Gareth Southgate's squad are currently preparing for Thursday's Euro qualifier with Finland and made an early trip south on Monday evening following a potential outbreak of a suspected stomach virus at St. George's Park.
But that didn't affect the intensity of Tuesday's training session, with the Three Lions showing plenty of colour and enjoying all manner of exercises at the training ground of Watford FC in Hertfordshire.
Southgate and his assistant Steve Holland set up some team-work based routines on defending and attacking before the players got some shooting practice under their belts before the game in Milton Keynes on Thursday.
And the likes of Wilf Zaha, Danny Ings and Ravel Morrison caught the eye with some of their finishing, along with 'keepers Jack Butland, Jonathan Bond and George Long producing some equally stunning saves.
Our cameras were there to capture the action in super slo-mo too, so watch the video in the media player above.
