England Under-21s got back to work on Sunday morning as their preparations for the game with San Marino in Shrewsbury began.
After Thursday's 3-0 win over Finland in Milton Keynes, Gareth Southgate gave his squad the chance to head home on Friday and Saturday before returning to St. George's Park.
And the players were joined in the full session by their boss, as former England defender Southgate made up the numbers and left assistant coach Steve Holland to co-ordinate the exercises.

It started with some work on possession and closing down, as Southgate even showed his players his own shooting skill with a goal.
A crossing and shooting session then took place, which saw some stunning saves from both Jack Butland and Jonathan Bond as the squad fired in shots, volleys and headers at the 'keepers.
One volley in particular caught the eye, with West Ham United man Ravel Morrison catching a cross from Jesse Lingard perfectly on the back-heel to give Bond no chance.

It ended with some free-kick practice, with the likes of James Ward-Prowse, Luke Shaw, Nat Chalobah and Eric Dier all trying their luck against Butland and Bond.
