England have been drawn in alongside Finland, Denmark and Serbia in the Elite Qualifying Round of the European Women’s U19 Championship.
Mo Marley’s side finished runners-up to France in last season’s Euros, defeating Finland and Denmark along the way, and their impressive recent record in this competition (winners in 2009 and finalists in 2007, 2010 and 2013) handed them a bye into this last stage of Euro qualifying.
Finland will stage this round-robin style tournament between 5-10 April and the nation who tops Group 6 will make it through to the finals, which are being staged in Norway in July.
Marley will also be in charge of England at the FIFA Women’s U20 World Cup in Canada in August.
