The 21-year-old will spend the rest of the campaign with the Eredivisie outfit, where he will be hoping to add to his first-team experience.
Oxford-born McEachran has been a regular for England over the years, representing the Young Lions at U16, U17, U19 and Under-21 level and was part of John Peacock’s Euro U17 championship winning side in 2010.

He was last capped by the Under-21s in the summer when he featured in Gareth Southgate’s squad at the Toulon Tournament in June.
McEachran has been with the Blues since the age of eight and made his first-team debut at Stamford Bridge in a Champions League match against Zilina in 2010 whilst still just 17-years-old.
In recent seasons, McEachran has spent time on loan with Swansea City, Middlesbrough, Watford and Wigan Athletic.
He joins Chelsea team-mates William and Bertrand Traore on loan with Vitesse, who started their season with 2-2 draw at home to SC Cambuur on Saturday.
