England duo Lianne Sanderson and Alex Scott have completed the ice bucket challenge to raise awareness for scientific research charity ALS Association.
The pair have been at St. George's Park as they prepare to take on Wales in Cardiff on Thursday in a World Cup qualifier.
The Lionesses need a single point from the fixture to book their place in next summer's finals in Canada with one game to spare.
But after the final training session at the National Football Centre - and before they boarded the bus to Cardiff - Scott and Sanderson braved the cold and completed the challenge.
In turn, they nominated a few more famous faces - including England and Arsenal star Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Also among those put forward to face the chill were former England and Newcastle defender Warren Barton, American NWSL player Kristie Mewis and Radio One DJ Nick Bright.
England take on Wales at Cardiff City Stadium on Thursday 21 August at 7.05pm.
The game is live on BBC3.
Fans can buy their tickets via the stadium ticket office hotline only, on 0845 345 1400, and should request the away end in blocks 202 and 203.
Tickets cost £5 for adults and £2 for concessions.
