Tom Carroll in action for England's Under-21s
England Under-21 midfielder Tom Carroll has joined Swansea City on a season-long loan from Tottenham Hotspur.
The 22-year-old spent last season in the Championship with Queens Park Rangers, having previously enjoyed loan spells at Leyton Orient and Derby County.
Carroll has made 23 appearances for Spurs and has helped Gareth Southgate’s Young Lions reach top spot in their Euro 2015 qualifying group.
