Middlesbrough manager Aitor Karanka
Middlesbrough head coach Aitor Karanka has been charged following the game against Blackburn Rovers on 29 November 2014.
It is alleged that his behaviour during stoppage time at the end of the fixture amounted to improper conduct.
He has until 6pm on 5 December 2014 to respond to the charge.
