Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is aiming high in The FA Cup this season, as he takes Cardiff City to face Bolton Wanderers in the Fourth Round Proper on Saturday.
The former Manchester United striker has only been at the Cardiff City Stadium for a matter of weeks, but is already looking to instil a winning mentality throughout the club.
And having guided the Welsh club to an impressive victory over Newcastle United in his first game in charge in the Third Round earlier this month, Solskjaer is setting his sights high in the competition.

"When you go into every football match, you want to win and when you go into every training session you want to win,” said Solskjaer.
"So when you go into every Cup competition, you want to win that Cup so I'm not setting any other targets - let’s see if we can manage it.
"You can build confidence and momentum by doing well in The Cup.
"I'm not afraid of the extra games, it will give us more of a chance to get our philosophy through to the players and it gives the lads a chance to get some confidence.”
Solskjaer knows his side travel to Lancashire as favourites to progress past Dougie Freedman’s Championship strugglers.
But that’s something which the Norwegian is prepared to embrace and he encourages his players to perform to the levels expected of them.

He told TheFA.com: "It's great that we're expected to win, as I expect my team to get something out of every game.
"We want to impose ourselves on the game, but in football it doesn't always work out the way you want it.
"But as a Premier League team, I want to see our players impose their authority on the game.
"We started off in The FA Cup against Newcastle, which wasn't the easiest tie and Bolton away isn't going to be easy either, but we're looking forward to it.”
