The meeting will be Roy Hodgson’s first game of 2014, and his final chance to look at his England team before naming his provisional World Cup squad at the end of the season.
England v Denmark
International Match
Wednesday 5 March 2014
Wembley Stadium
The match, which takes place on Wednesday 5 March 2014, will be Denmark’s first trip to the new Wembley.
The Danes have not visited the capital since 1994 – when a 17th-minute David Platt goal proved decisive for Terry Venables’ men.
The last time the two sides met was in February 2011 – when goals from Darren Bent and Ashley Young were enough to give the Three Lions an impressive victory in Copenhagen.
As Hodgson’s men look to build momentum ahead of the one of the most eagerly anticipated World Cup finals in decades, your support has never been more important.
