Clubs can now apply to enter The FA Sunday Cup & The FA Women’s Cup for season 2014-2015.

The application is only available for online completion and online payment by credit or debit card, please note, this can be a personal card.
On successful completion of the online application and online payment, on screen confirmation and an automatic email confirmation will be sent to the participant from The FA.
The closing date is Friday 1 August 2014.
