Gareth Southgate’s squad have already confirmed their qualification for October’s play-off stage by collecting enough points to secure their place at the top of the Group One table.
And they finish their fixtures with this double-header, which starts on Friday 5 September when Lithuania host the Three Lions at the Dariaus Ir Gireno Stadium in Kaunas, kicking-off at 5pm BST.
The 8,200-capacity stadium is the home of FBK Kaunas and also hosts all of the Lithuania senior team’s fixtures.
From there, England head further east for their final match against the Moldovans in the Sheriff Sports Complex in Tiraspol on Tuesday 9 September with kick-off at 5pm BST.
Based in Moldova’s second city, the stadium is home to the nation’s most successful club Sheriff Tiraspol and has also staged a number of senior internationals.
After the group games are complete, the draw for the play-offs takes place where the 10 group winners and four best runners-up drawn out against each other to play in a two-legged play-off in October, with the seven winners joining host nation Czech Republic at Finals next June.
