Torquay United’s Joss Labadie has been charged by The FA for misconduct in relation to his side’s game against Chesterfield on 15 February 2014.
It is alleged that the player’s behaviour in or around the 49th minute of this fixture constituted violent conduct.
Labadie has until 6pm on 6 March 2014 to respond to the charge.
