Should Kenny Swain’s men reach the final, they will face the winners of Group A, which is made up of the host nation France, Canada, Turkey and Ivory Coast.
The Head Coach is excited to test his side next month and believes it is important for their development.
Swain said: "The next step for the squad is to get prepared for another fantastic experience.
"We are going into a world tournament, and playing teams from Asia, Africa, South and North America, plus some European powers.
“It is going to be another massive test but we are looking forward to that and it's a great opportunity for them to compete at that high level."
The England U16 squad will be confirmed on TheFA.com next week.
