Suffolk have played in three previous County Youth Cup Finals and won two of those in 2005 and 2008, which were both played at Portman Road.

Lancashire have appeared in six Finals, having first won back in 1961, then again in 1971, then ten years later in 1981 and finally 1991 to make the quadruplet.

They last appeared in a Final in 1997 but lost to Cambridgeshire.

Bedfordshire are the current holders after beating Manchester on penalties in last April's Final at Rochdale's Spotland home.

"It will be the third time in recent years for this prestigious fixture in grassroots football to be played at Ipswich Town and we are very appreciative that the club has agreed to host us once again.

"I am sure the players and supporters will enjoy a memorable day and I will personally look forward to an exciting game in the tradition of recent Finals."
