Jack Wilshere says Arsenal’s FA Cup Final win means so much to the Gunners' former youth team players.
Arsene Wenger’s men claimed The Cup for a record-equalling eleventh time by coming from 2-0 down to edge Hull City after extra-time.
James Chester and Curtis Davies fired Steve Bruce’s side into an early lead but Santi Cazorla reduced arrears with a fantastic 17th-minute free-kick.
Laurent Koscielny levelled in the second half and Aaron Ramsey won the game in the extra 30 minutes.
Wilshere told FATV: “It’s hard to describe. You can see what it means to the fans and it’s the same for us, especially the boys who have come through the youth system.
“To win a trophy is all you dream of as a kid.
“We have worked hard over the last five, six years and so has the boss, but most of all we have got to thank the fans.
“They fill the Emirates every week, they come to watch us and this is finally for them.”
