England Under-21s continued their preparations for Monday's Euro qualifier in Wales with some more shooting practice at St. George's Park.
Gareth Southgate's squad travel to South Wales for the game in Swansea on Sunday and were put through their paces by the head coach and his assistant Steve Holland in Saturday's training session.
And with a number of new faces in the squad, Southgate has been impressed with the way the group has worked since reporting to the national football centre on Thursday.

"The fact that they’ve been selected shows the quality that they’ve got, but it’s a great opportunity for others," he explained.
"We’ve brought in a lot of players who have played a lot of League football this year, lots of the lads have had 20 plus games in the Championship.
"But training has gone up a level because there are ten new lads who are desperate to come in and show what they can do against the players that they’re training against and challenge them."
Southgate's coaching team has also been boosted by the addition of Liverpool Under-21s boss Alex Inglethorpe for this trip.
The former Exeter City and Spurs coach is observing Southgate and Holland and also doing some work with the players during training.
After a similar visit from Norwich City's academy boss Ricky Martin for the previous match with Wales in March, it's a scheme which Southgate is keen to pursue in the future with more club coaches getting an insight into the international scene.
"Alex is with us for the Wales game and then we’re taking a group of coaches on a study visit to Toulon," revealed Southgate.
"They’re not actually going to be working with the team but are coming to do some scouting and a report which will be fed back into us for coach education.
"That will be Warren Joyce from Manchester United, John McDermott from Tottenham and Bryan Klug from Ipswich.
"With all of our age group teams, we’re continually trying to involve more external coaches, either from clubs or ex-players.
"Chris Powell worked with our U17s for a few days last week and that’s a programme which we’re trying to expand to try and involve people from as many different clubs as we can."
