England Under-21s midfielder James Ward-Prowse is a man who takes his post-match recovery very seriously indeed.
The Southampton midfielder made 39 appearances for the Saints and played in every game for Gareth Southgate's Under-21s in what has been the busiest campaign in the 19-year-old's young career so far.
He played 90 minutes in the Three Lions' win against Wales on Monday evening and then featured for an hour of Thursday's victory over Qatar in the Toulon Tournament on Thursday.
And he places great importance on how he recovers from each and every game in order to maintain a prime physical condition for the next match, which could be against Brazil on Monday evening.
So he joined the rest of the squad, both the playing and non-playing squad members, on Friday morning for a full recovery session led by physical performance coach John Iga at the team's base in the south of France.
We joined him for the session, when he took us through his top five tips to post-match recovery and you can watch the full video in the media player above.
