Leiston also scored five goals as they beat Leighton Town 5-2. Gareth Heath scored twice, and strikes from Danny Watson, Conor Hubble and Tom Winter made it a comfortable night for the Suffolk side.

Ben Haseley stole the headlines for Halesowen Town once again as he netted a brace to help his side come away with an impressive 4-0 win over Matlock Town.

Haseley became the leading scorer in the club's FA Trophy history and took his tally to 99 goals in just 124 games for the Midlands club.

This was a repeat of the club's 4-0 league victory back in October and Aaron Griffiths and Iyseden Christie also managed to get their name on the scoresheet.

East Thurrock United also scored four as they recorded a 4-2 home win over Hungerford Town. Sam Higgins was the hero as he netted all four goals including one from the penalty spot.

Hungerford did their best to get something from the game with two late goals from James Clark and Mark Draycott, but the Rocks held on to win their First Round Qualifying replay.

Despite throwing away a two-goal lead in the first game, Trafford FC made sure there was no repeat performance as they cruised to a 3-0 home win over Ossett Town.

Didcot Town were also winners on the night as they secured a 2-1 home win over Bideford AFC. Jack Longford and Pablo Haysham scored in the final 25 minutes to help their side make it through to the next stage of the competition.

There were also victories for Curzon Ashton, Banbury United and AFC Sudbury.
