The usual procedure for the Isthmian League Premier Division side is to train in the evening during the week, before travelling to matches on a Saturday by lift-sharing with players' cars.
However, for their First Round Proper clash with League Two Hartlepool, East Thurrock's manager John Coventry reveals the club have gone all out to provide the squad with an experience fitting of the occasion.

"This week's preparations are completely different to what we normally do. We are trying to provide the player's with a professional experience," Coventry told TheFA.com.
"So we have booked ourselves to travel by coach on the Friday night. In fact, the coach we have booked is an executive one and is normally used by West Ham for their away games.
"We have organised a hotel for the Friday night in Darlington and also organised with Bradford City to use their training facilities for us to prepare on - we've really pushed the boat out for the players to make it a memorable experience.
"It is definitely something that we normally couldn't afford, but we are getting a percentage of the gate receipts from Hartlepool which will help cover the costs.
"And then also, if needs be, we can call upon the money we have made in the earlier rounds."
East Thurrock's plans and preparations are understandable given the distance between themselves and Hartlepool.
The Isthmian League Premier Division side face a gruelling 540-mile round trip for their weekend's FA Cup tie, making travel the day before almost essential in the eyes of the club's management.
Despite the mammoth journey, Coventry reveals that fans are still making plans to watch the side aim to reach the Second Round Proper of The FA Cup for the first time in the club's history.

"We have one supporters' coach confirmed and booked to go, and another on standby in case we need it," he added.
"There are others making their own way there too and if we get 100 people there that will be fantastic as it's an incredibly long journey.
"It's great to be involved at this stage of the competition and it's very exciting for everyone involved at the club."
Coventry is well aware of the difficult task that awaits his players on Saturday.
Hartlepool are three tiers above East Thurrock in the Football League Pyramid, with a budget that greatly exceeds that of the Isthmian League Premier Division side.
But, as history has shown, The FA Cup is the place for upsets and Coventry is reinforcing that belief in his own players.
"Everybody is delighted to be involved and that is the attitude we will take into the match. But having said that, there have been bigger FA Cup shocks in history," he said.
"Anything is possible. We will have done our homework on Hartlepool but it is difficult as they have been going through a lot of changes with the manager and playing staff.
"They recently brought in a few lads on loan, so it makes it tougher to know who exactly you are coming up against.
"But let's be fair, we wouldn't swap our draw with anyone."
