That is the view of manager Steve Tully, who is delighted to have the former Leicester, Fulham, Millwall, Stevenage and Plymouth front man back for his third spell with Truro.
But Tully and co. will have to cope without their star striker for their FA Trophy second qualifying round trip to Witham Town as he is suspended.

Hayles first signed for City in 2010 when his 27 goals helped City to top-spot of the Southern Premier Division.
The White Tigers had two years in the Conference South before relegation in 2013 which lead to Hayles departure. After a year away at Arlesey Town he re-signed in August 2014 and Tully has praised the impact Hayles has on the rest of the squad.
"He's an influence on everyone and a great character both on and off the pitch," said Tully. "He's definitely one of the jokers in the squad and while I do the talking in the changing room the players look towards him on the pitch. We will miss him in the cup tie but I'm confident we can get the job done."
Tully, who took the manager's position full-time this season after a stint as player-manager last campaign, admits promotion back to the Conference South is imperative but believes The FA Trophy should be taken seriously.
"The league is your bread and butter, we set a target to average two points a game and so far I think we're about eight points short from my expectations. The Trophy is important to help bring money in the club and the chance of playing at Wembley is a great experience at any level.
"We had a disappointing FA Cup run so hopefully we can make up for that in the Trophy. I think when you get into the first round proper it's anyone's to win," Tully added.
City have never got past the first round of the FA Trophy but did win the FA Vase back in 2007. Their opponents Witham Town are very much the underdogs in this tie, currently 19th in the Isthmian Premier Division after gaining promotion last season.
The Essex club have not had much success in their 138 year history but used to have pop star Olly Murs amongst their ranks until 2008.
The 2009 X Factor runner-up spoke last year on how it was always a dream for him to get to the FA Trophy final. "I think I'll probably take playing with Robbie Williams on tour, but it would have been a dream for a club of Witham Town's size to get to Wembley in the FA Trophy," said Murs.
