Millwall Lionesses have appointed Dan Mlinar as their new manager.
Mlinar has been with the FA WSL 2 side for seven years, starting out as first team coach alongside Aiden Boxall and Kay Cossington.
As Reserve Team Manager, and more recently Centre Manager of our Girls’ Centre of Excellence, he played a crucial role in the development of many of the Lionesses’ current first team squad.
Mlinar took charge of the Lionesses in a caretaker capacity for the final four games of last season and is confident he can improve on the team’s eighth-place finish.
Mlinar said: “Millwall Lionesses are an ambitious club and we want to improve in every area.
“I have already had lots of meetings with the board about moving the club forward and I believe that we have the staff and players in place to do that.
“The biggest benefit for me has been seeing what the best FA WSL 2 players look like. When you watch the best, you get a better idea of what you need to do to push on.”
