Gareth Southgate delivered his England Under-21s side an inspiring team-talk after they won in Croatia to qualify for the 2015 UEFA European Under-21 Championship in the Czech Republic.

The Young Lions followed up last Friday's 2-1 win in Wolverhampton with a second-leg victory by the same score in Vinkovci, with Leicester City's Liam Moore and Derby County man Will Hughes scoring the goals.
And Southgate was eager to tell his players how proud he was of their effort, application and bravery on the ball, not only on Tuesday night, but throughout the campaign where they won all but one of their fixtures.
The former England centre-half said: "This is a credit to you all. You have changed people's opinions of what England teams are about and what we are capable of doing."
