England will take on Croatia in the play-off for the UEFA Under-21 Championship Finals, with the home leg being staged at Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Molineux Stadium in October.
Gareth Southgate’s side topped their qualification group, winning nine of their ten matches.
Croatia won six of their eight group games and pipped Ukraine to top spot on goal difference.

England play at home first and the match will act as one of the stand-out events in Molinuex’s 125th anniversary year.
The Under-21s last played at Wolves in March 2008 when they drew 0-0 with Poland in front of over 28,000 fans.
The Euro finals will take place in Czech Republic between 17-30 June 2015. The final tournament group-stage draw is in Prague on 6 November.
