Lancaster City were big winners in The FA Cup First Round Qualifying on Saturday as they hammered five without reply past West Allotment Celtic.

Managed by former QPR and Newcastle United defender Darren Peacock, the Dolly Blues were fired to victory by Aaron Taylor, the striker helping himself to a brace.

Droylsden also enjoyed a hefty win on their travels, defeating Ossett Albion 4-0.

Frannie Collin netted a hat-trick as Maidstone United progressed with an emphatic 10-0 victory over Littlehampton Town.

Collin was one of seven different scorers during Saturday’s win as the Sussex County League Division One side maintained their 100% home record this season.

Skelmersdale United were 4-3 winners away at Radcliffe Borough, while Runcorn Town advanced to the next round after overcoming Witton Albion, two divisions above them, 5-3.

Uxbridge hammered six past Bedfront & Feltham without reply, and Kingstonian won 4-0 away to Horsham.

Spennymoor Town came out on top in a five-goal thriller at Bishop Auckland. It was striker Liam Henderson who twice put the Evo-Sitk Division One North side in front, only for Auckland to peg them back on both occasions.

With the tie locked at 2-2, Mikey Roberts made himself the hero by scoring the game’s winner just 15 minutes from full-time.

Buxton won by the same scoreline against Ramsbottom United.

Sheffield FC were also 3-2 victors after defeating Shepshed Dynamo.

Corby Town and Norton United will have to go again after fighting out a 3-3 draw, as will Marske United who drew 2-2 with Dunston UTS.

Down in Essex, Billericay Town hit four against Hadleigh United and Canvey Island triumphed 4-1 at Hertford Town.
