The England U18s starlet netted twice in the first 20 minutes at the Academy Stadium to continue his impressive goalscoring form and put Chelsea on course to retain their Youth Cup title.
And it is the latest achievement in an unforgettable season for the 17-year-old, after netting 36 times so far, scoring his first international goals and winning the UEFA Youth League last week.

"Scoring goals is the best feeling ever, but scoring two goals in a Final is a massive achievement for me," he told Chelsea TV after the game.
"I just connected with the ball well for my first and took my chance when I got it.
"I think we deserved it too because the crowd were against us so we had to fight against it and we did well.
"We stuck [together] as a team and got the goals that we needed."
Alongside fellow Young Lions Dominic Solanke and Izzy Brown, the Chelsea trio have proved too hot to handle for most of their opponents this season.
In Monday’s first-leg, Solanke played through the centre with Abraham providing support from the right and Brown from the left.
And the adaptability between all three players has seen them develop a strong understanding to give Joe Edwards’ side a vital edge over most opponents this season.
"We can adapt our game really well, with me starting on the right tonight, Dom was No. 9 and Izzy too," added Abraham.
"That's a good thing, over the years you see how people have to change their positions in games and it’s a good thing if you can adapt your positions."
Chelsea will now take their lead into next Monday’s second leg at Stamford Bridge, where they will be confident of securing a successive Youth Cup title in front of their own fans.
And after enjoying the experience of the competition this season, Abraham admits he can’t wait to get back out on home turf for the second leg.
"It's a great feeling, the crowd, how many people are here in this competition and we just have to keep winning as a team," he said.
"We have to dig in really, we saw what happened to Tottenham [in the Semi-Final] and we’ve been there before so we have to keep going and do what we did today but next week."
