There were 15 FA Trophy ties taking place on Saturday and Torquay United midfielder Toby Ajala was overjoyed as his side beat Bromley 4-0.
The in-form midfielder Tweeted after the win: “Great win and performance today boyz. Glad to get on the score sheet.”
The Gulls should have been two goals up inside the opening minutes but miss-cued or found Bromley keeper Seb Brown in strong early form.
Bromley settled into the match and began to limit Torquay's attacks but were hit by a sucker-punch when they went a goal behind.

On 28 minutes Ben Harding turned his man on the edge of box and took aim.
His powerful shot had the sting taken out of it by a deflection but was redirected beyond the stranded Brown.
Five minutes later Torquay doubled their advantage through Ajala.
Bromley were under attack and but recovered possession in their box only for a desperate clearance to hit Ajala and ricochet into the goal.
The crowd inside the Launa Windows Stadium did not have to wait for long after the interval for the goals to start flowing again.
Just eleven minutes after the restart Torquay put the game to bed with the third goal of the match.
Striker Ryan Bowman, who had been a constant thorn in Bromley's side, swept home from a cross.
Bromley, to their credit, did not lie down and repeatedly surged forward in failed attempts to reduce the deficit but Torquay keeper Jordan Seabright was in fine form.
Forward Ashley Yeoman, however, completed the scoring for the home side with eight minutes remaining.
Elsewhere, Grimsby Town and Gateshead FC contested a 0-0 draw that will mean a midweek replay for the two sides.
