Ebbsfleet United are hoping that victory in The FA Trophy against Braintree Town will help push forward their impressive plans to refurbish Stonebridge Road.
Their manager, Jamie Day, understands that it is his task to provide results on the field to match the ambitions of his chairman Dr. Abdulla Al-Humaidi off of it, as the club intends to release new stadium plans next week.

And in a bid to strengthen their chances of a play-off place in the Conference South, Ebbsfleet have signed eight players in the space of ten days with a similar number also departing the club.
Day said: "I have seen the plans where the stadium wants to be; it will be an unbelievable place for the club to move forward.
"Hopefully we will get the all clear, but it is important that we get it right on the pitch too as we have got to get results and a winning streak to make it to the play-offs.
"All the lads have seen the plans, which excite them, but it is down to me and the players to get the club where the chairman wants it to be and hopefully we can make that happen."
Following their significant influx of players, Day is hoping that his new players can quickly come together to see off their Conference opponents.
The former AFC Bournemouth midfielder, who started his career with Arsenal, added: "We have had new players come in over the last few weeks and they will take time to gel, but we are going to try and get as far as possible in The Trophy.
"I also see it as another 90 minutes to gel the squad and give some of the new lads another opportunity and build up their confidence."
