Peterborough United manager Darren Ferguson has been given a two-match touchline suspension, fined £1,000 and warned as to his future conduct after he admitted an FA misconduct charge.
Ferguson was charged for using language and/or behaviour, which amounted to improper conduct, during half time of the game between Peterborough and Colchester United on 10 January 2015.
His suspension is stayed, pending receipt of the written reasons for the decision of the Independent Regulatory Commission.
