The Young Lions will face opposition from Switzerland, France and Slovakia in the four team competition as the squad continue their development under Cooper and assistant coach Dan Micciche.

Most of the 20-man squad is made up of the players who previously featured in the Victory Shield during the first half of the campaign, but now get the chance to test themselves against European opposition in a tournament scenario.
There is a first call-up for Derby County forward Cameron Cresswell, whilst West Ham United midfielder Anthony Scully will be aiming to make his England debut after being forced out of the squad to play Belgium earlier this season.
England kick-off on Monday 16 February when they play Switzerland, before taking on Slovakia two days later.
And the competition is rounded-off on Saturday 21 February when France are in opposition.
