It was the Blues' Young Lions who fired them to victory, as a hat-trick from Tammy Abraham (England U18s) and goals from Dom Solanke (U18s) and Kasey Palmer (U19s) saw the holders progress into the last eight, where they will face a trip to Newcastle United.

It didn't take Chelsea long to edge ahead as Abraham turned on the edge of the area to fire the hosts in front in the 14th minute.
And it was hard luck on Swansea in first-half stoppage time as Abraham made it 2-0 to Chelsea.
The victory was all but sealed for Chelsea less than a minute after the re-start as Abraham turned provider to set up Solanke for a neat, chipped finish over 'keeper Lewis Thomas.
Swansea rallied at this stage, with home 'keeper Bradley Collins forced to work for his clean sheet with two saves from Swans striker Owain Jones.
But Abraham completed his treble after a quickly-taken free-kick saw Jay Dasilva, who is also an England international at U17 level) cross for the striker to tap home a close-range finish.
Palmer, on as a substitute, then made it 5-0 as he beat two defenders before finishing well into the bottom corner.
Solanke notched his sixth Youth Cup goal of the campaign in the later stages to complete the scoreline for Joe Edwards' side.
