Izzy Brown has joined Vitesse Arnhem on loan from Chelsea for the 2015-16 season.
The England Under-19s forward follows in the footsteps of U20s captain Lewis Baker, who linked up with the Eredivisie outfit on a similar deal in June.
Brown, 18, was a member of England Under-17s' victorious 2014 European Championships Final squad.
He has also enjoyed a prolific youth career at club level.
He captained the Blues' Under-19s to UEFA Youth League glory in April – and scored a brace in the final against Shakhtar Donetsk.
Brown was also part of the Under-18s team which lifted the FA Youth Cup, and was again on the scoresheet in the final when he netted in the second leg of the contest with Manchester City.
Born in Peterborough, Brown originally joined the academy of West Bromwich Albion – with whom he made his Premier League debut in May 2013.
A move to Chelsea followed in the summer of 2013, and in 2015 he was handed his debut in the penultimate game of the season – coincidentally against his old club West Brom.
He has also made his mark on the international scene.
Since making his debut for the Under-16s in September 2012 he has gone on to appear a total of 23 times across the Under-16s, Under-17s and Under-19s year groups.
Brown and Baker will also be joined at Vitesse by the Brazilian Nathan, who completed his move to Stamford Bridge from Atletico Paranaense on 1 July.
Nathan, an attacking midfielder, has represented Brazil at Under-17s and Under-20s level.
