Brendan Rodgers has named five young England stars among his Liverpool squad to go on the pre-season tour of Asia and Australia.
Among the 30-man group are Jordan Rossiter, Jordon Ibe, Ryan Kent, Shenji Ojo and new signing Joe Gomez – all of whom current members of England's development teams.
The Reds take off for the fortnight-long tour on Sunday afternoon.
Liverpool pre-season tour
- Thai All Stars (14 July)
- Brisbane Roar (17 July)
- Adelaide United (20 July)
- Malaysia XI (24 July)
The Thai capital of Bangkok will be their first destination.
They will also head ahead to Brisbane, Adelaide and Kuala Lumpur to compete in a total of four friendlies.
As well as the Young Lions contingent, a number of England internationals will also be on the plane.
New signings Nathaniel Clyne, James Milner and Danny Ings are all included – while Raheem Sterling, Jordan Henderson, Adam Lallana and Rickie Lambert were also named.
Two notable absentees, however, were Daniel Sturridge and Jon Flanagan – who will miss out to continue their rehabilitation from long-term injuries.
The first match will be against Thai All Stars on Tuesday 14 July.
From there they travel to Australia for fixtures against Brisbane Roar (17 July) and Adelaide United (20 July).
On the way home they complete the tour with a game in Kuala Lumpur against a Malaysia XI on Friday 24 July.
As well as the preparation fixtures, the travelling players will meet local fans in the regions and participate in community events.
When they return they have one more friendly – against HJK Helsinki – on 1 August, before taking on Stoke City in their first Premier League game of the season a week later.
