England Women’s Under-19s missed out on a place in the Euro semi-finals after they drew 0-0 with Norway in the final group match.
Following earlier defeats by Germany and Spain, the Young Lionesses needed to beat Norway by two goals and hope Germany lost to table-toppers Spain.
