FA Chief Executive Martin Glenn has announced his new senior management team, to lead staff at Wembley Stadium and St. George's Park.
Glenn, newly installed as the FA's lead executive, has begun a restructure of the organisation that, along with further cost savings, will yield £30m more to invest directly into football year-on-year in areas of coaching and facilities.
This reorganisation will enable The FA to focus on what they believe to be three priority areas for the sport, including the Technical Division to support England teams and coaching, Participation and Development of grassroots, children’s, amateur and semi-professional football, and Regulation and Administration.
“There are some very talented people here and if we can harness this talent we will see more tangible signs of success”

Speaking following the announcement of a new 10-strong management team, Glenn said: “I have been in the role a little over two months and been able to assess where we can be better organised as a group, to ensure an increasing focus on football over spend on administration.
“There are some very talented people within the organisation and if we can harness this talent and ensure we are focussed on the most important priorities – winning England teams, more and better coaches and new facilities in England – then we will see more tangible signs of success.
“I’m pleased with the make-up of the senior management team and the mix of skills and experience they provide The FA. Between us we will now ensure we build a more modern and progressive organisation for the future.”
Glenn will have 10 direct reports including Dan Ashworth, who will continue as The FA's Technical Director in charge of elite England teams in both the men's and women's game as well as FA Education and coaching.
Kelly Simmons will be Participation and Development Director, overseeing grassroots and children's football, facilities and women's and men's semi-professional football.
An amalgamated Regulation and Administration function will oversee areas of discipline and governance, professional game services, refereeing and The FA's in house legal team. This area will be led by Football Regulation and Administration Director, Darren Bailey.
Robert Sullivan has been promoted to Strategy Director to oversee the ongoing development of the FA's strategic priorities, while Stuart Turner will continue in his role of Commercial Director.
Current St. George's Park Managing Director Julie Harrington will be move to the newly created position of Operations Director across both of The FA's sites in Burton-upon-Trent and at Wembley Stadium.
