Jamie Vardy left the pitch at the end his England debut in Dublin and immediately targeted more game-time for the Three Lions.
The Leicester City striker was a 74th-minute substitute for captain Wayne Rooney for his first taste of international football.

And, following a dream week for the 28-year-old, Vardy was hoping he could bring something different to the England attack, but in the end Roy Hodgson's side had to settle for a 0-0 draw.
"I'm obviously over the moon. It literally is what dreams are made of," Vardy told TheFA.com.
"Coming on for Wayne as well, I just thought I'd go out there, enjoy myself and try to show what I can do.

"I had a little chat with the gaffer beforehand – it was literally just do what I've been doing at club level and bring it on to the field to try and get the victory that we wanted.
"It was a strange game but it still keeps us unbeaten since the World Cup."
England's players now have a couple of days off before they re-group on Wednesday to prepare for their final game of the season – the European Qualifier away in Slovenia.

Vardy says he'll be keeping his feet up when he gets home so he will be ready and raring to go for what he hopes is his second England appearance when they play in Ljubljana next Sunday.
"We've got another week's training now and we will be preparing for the next game. So hopefully we can pick up a win over in Slovenia," continued Vardy.
"I'll be going home, pinching myself and absolutely relaxing before we meet up again.
"I'll be doing everything I can [to get a start], all I can do is give 100 per cent in training and if it catches the gaffer's eye and he give me that chance, then it's credit to the way I have trained.
"Training with the best players in England can only help me."
