The Three Lions enjoyed a training session prior to their second game of the Euros against Sweden, which was settled by a late strike from Lingard to get Gareth Southgate's side up and running in the competition.
And Southgate had joined them at the end of a training session to work on volleys and first time finishing with his midfielders and forwards, with keepers Jack Butland and Marcus Bettinelli looking to keep them out.
