An Independent Regulatory Commission has today rejected a wrongful dismissal claim in relation to Newcastle United’s Fabricio Coloccini.
The player was dismissed for serious foul play during the game against Everton on 15 March 2015.
Therefore, his standard punishment of a three match suspension remains and will commence with immediate effect.
