Written reasons for the case are now available
An arbitrator appointed pursuant to Rule K of The FA’s Rules has dismissed Forest Green Rovers' appeal against a decision not to order a replay of its opening game of the season against Southport FC.
The appeal resulted from Forest Green Rovers fielding an ineligible player in the match and sanctions being applied under Rule 6.9 of The FA Standardised Membership Rules 2014-15 for the Football Conference Limited.
