John Peacock hailed Marcus Edwards' "outstanding" strike after the Tottenham forward secured England Under-17s' place in last eight of the European Championship.
Edwards, who scored the winner against Italy last Thursday, repeated the trick on Wednesday in spectacular fashion.
With only nine minutes remaining, he received the ball with his back to goal 20 yards out, holding off a defender before turning an unleashing a fabulous strike into the top corner to secure a 1-0 win against Republic of Ireland.

"Ireland had to get a win at least, so the longer it stays 0-0 it was always going to be a bit of a knife-edge," said England's head coach.
"We missed a lot of chances and it would've been great to score earlier, but in the end it took an outstanding goal to win it," Peacock continued.
"Marcus is predominantly left-footed, and everybody always tries to keep him on the other foot. But all of a sudden he pulls one out with his right foot that goes into the top corner.
"He obviously saw the picture in his head, technically delivered it and I'm delighted as it got us the win I thought we deserved."
The result meant the Young Lions finished in top of the group, ahead of second-placed Italy - while Holland and Ireland were both now eliminated.
"I felt this was the toughest group and it shows the importance of getting off to a good start in tournament football.
"We set a target of finishing top of the group and we've achieved that."
Peacock and his side now have two days to recover before they travel to Burgas on Saturday to meet Russia in the quarter-finals.
"Russia is going to be a massive test," added Peacock.
"You don't get to the quarter-finals of the Euros if you don't have quality.
"We've had some experiences against the Russians in the past and it'll be nice to take them on again."
